The Give Get Sistet will gather to commune and sing in places where Black people have experienced hurt, pain or wounding (i.e. killings, injustices, etc.) in Minneapolis.

We are centering our own processing and healing as Black women/non-binary artists living in Minneapolis. As our capacity and the chosen places allow, we will invite neighbors and fellow artists of color — to sing, move, grieve and mourn with us. We want to plant seeds of sound healing in these spaces by using our collective vocal energies to make vibrational shifts in five places throughout Minneapolis that have known pain and hurt.
