Thursday, August 31st, I will host a special evening of live jazz and conversation as I present new songs from my upcoming album.

I will share the stories behind some of the songs and talk about my songwriting process. And, I’ll invite listeners to ask questions and share their responses.

I have learned that playing my songs for audiences is SO important. It is one thing to sit by myself at a piano and work on a melody or lyric. It is something completely different to share the energy of a new song with other players and an audience.
